THE SPACE

Ongoing Group Support

Deepen into your body and Self while fostering meaningful relationships.

Beginning in January 2025
Every other week
For women

The Space is an ongoing therapeutic group process rooted in somatic-expressive arts for women, beginning in January 2025.

Here's some things I've learned about healing and transformational growth:

1 - Our inner world and the world around us intertwine and reflect one another.

2 - Healing and growth happen within the space of our body—when we learn how to be in it.

3 - While our stories are unique, our experiences are shared.

4 - Healing and growth don’t happen in isolation but through relationship and community.

I've also noticed that the way we live today drives us to:

- Have lots of connections but form few meaningful relationships

- View personal growth as individual, separate from others

- Fill the spaces within and around us with artificial stuff

- Disengage from our body's intelligence

THE SPACE

was born from a sincere desire to make room for women to deepen their relationship with their body and Self while fostering meaningful relationships with others and the world.

Through creative embodiment (somatics, movement and dance, drawing, writing, and other therapeutic modalities), you will get to feel into your spaces and make room for all that you are—free from the pressure to perform or produce.

You will get to work trough vulnerable emotions and experiences with social support, guided with attunement, depth, and a light-hearted attitude.

Who is it for?

For women seeking a reflective, creative, non-traditional space to deepen their personal explorations with support.

If you want to grow more embodied and creative, feel more liberated, and build meaningful connections, The Space is for you.

It's also a more affordable alternative to private sessions, while maintaining depth and enriching the experience through community.

How it works:

Bi-weekly sessions of 1 hour and 45 minutes.

A closed group: New participants can join every two months, fostering continuity and depth.

• We explore both personal themes and shared experiences of being a woman in today’s world.

• Commitment: A two-month cycle (4 sessions) is required for consistency and depth.

Online and/or in-person sessions in Los Angeles.
